PhD student in Political Science (DCP/USP) with a master's degree in the same area and institution, he is the author of a dissertation on the fiscal space of Brazilian states during the COVID-19 pandemic. He is currently a researcher on the Aware (Advance Warning And Response Exemplars) project, which aims to investigate and map the planning and execution of responses to epidemiological and health emergencies in the national territory.
