Alex Jones Flores Cassenote is an epidemiologist and biostatistician with a strong academic background and extensive experience in research, teaching, and managing strategic projects. He holds a Ph.D. in Sciences from the Graduate Program in Infectious and Parasitic Diseases at the University of São Paulo (USP), a Masters degree in the same field, and a postdoctoral degree focusing on Public Health, Artificial Intelligence, and System Dynamics Models. He has held leadership roles in managing databases for renowned institutions, including the São Paulo Regional Medical Council (CREMESP), the Federal Medical Council (CFM), the Brazilian HIV/AIDS Cohort, and the PROVMED 2030 study, a collaboration between USP, PAHO, and the Brazilian Ministry of Health.With significant contributions in Brazil and abroad, Alex has served as a technical consultant in over a hundred technical-scientific projects, driving strategic solutions in public health and evidence-based medicine.
