Gabriela Salim Spagnol

PhD and MSc in Neurosciences Applied to Management from the Medical Pathophysiology Program at the School of Medical Sciences, University of Campinas (Unicamp), through the Research, Innovation and Dissemination Center of the Brazilian Research Institute of Neuroscience and Neurotechnology (CEPID-BRAINN-FAPESP).She currently serves as Education Manager at the José Alencar Children's Hospital of Brasília, leading areas such as Health Education, Academic Affairs, Scientific Events, Hospital Pedagogy, and Volunteer Support.She has worked as an Academic Consultant at Cogna Educação, where she led the development of educational materials for health programs, and as a Health Management Professor in the Nursing undergraduate program at Anhanguera (Sumaré). She also worked as a Healthcare Management Consultant at AtosInova Saúde, and as a Health Project Leader at HealthBit (20162022).She is a member of the Health Innovation and Management Group (GIGS) at the School of Medical Sciences and the Study, Research and Extension Group in Technologies for Teaching and Care in Health (GEPETECS) at the School of Nursing at Unicamp.She serves as Vice-President of the WHO Demonstration Project Epilepsy Patient Care (ASPE). She was a visiting student at the Business School of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (USA) from September to October 2015.She earned her Bachelors and Teaching degrees in Nursing from the School of Nursing at the University of Campinas and took part in a study abroad program in Health Services Management at the University of East London (UK), under the Science Without Borders Program (2012).She completed Six Sigma Green Belt training (2015) and Black Belt certification (2017) at EDTI.She was a Scientific Initiation Fellow (PIBIC) from 2010 to 2012 at the Neuroimmunology Laboratory of the Institute of Biology, Unicamp. During her undergraduate and masters studies, she was also a volunteer teaching assistant in the Academic Support Program.She was actively involved in the Junior Enterprise Movement, serving as one of the founders and Project Director of Consulta Empresa Júnior de Ciências Médicas, Unicamps Junior Enterprise in Medical Sciences.
