Nicolas Pelicioni de Oliveira holds a Bachelors degree in Languages and Literature (Portuguese/English, 2011-2015), a Masters degree (2017-2019), and a Doctorate (2019-2023) also in Languages and Literature from the São José do Rio Preto Campus of the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho, always under the guidance of Professor Dr. Cláudio Aquati, in the area of Literary Theory and Studies. Translated, in partnership with Anthee Bezioula, the complete works of the modern Greek poet Katerina Gógou (still unpublished in Portuguese). He has an interest in marginal and minority literature, in which Katerina Gogou is included. Also interested in literary canon, and has published several chapters and articles, among them, The Tyranny of Mangogul: a critique by Diderot of the female social condition, in the book Sensibilidade e Matéria no pensamento de Denis Diderot (University of Coimbra, 2020), and The Widow of Ephesus and Maria Mutema: the Recreation of an Inserted Tale of Satyrica, by Petronius, in The Devil to Pay in the Backlands, by Guimarães Rosa, in the journal Olho dágua (UNESP, 2022).
