Sílvia Mayumi Takey Dellamano

Graduated in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (2011) and a master's degree in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (2016). She was Director of Operations at CAOS Focado, a venture builder that creates scientific-technological-based companies from scratch to exit. From 2014 to 2020 she was Executive Director of DEV Tecnologia, a design house spin off from POLI-USP that outsources RD for the development of innovative products in the Internet as Things (IoT), with high expertise in hardware, firmware and software and has more of 60 clients such as Intelbras, Positivo Informática, Samsung and Control iD. She was the main researcher of the research project "The empowerment of female reference adults, through a digital course, to play with children during the domestic routine." within the context of the BEM Program - Playing Teaches Change.
