Holds a degree in Health Technology, with emphasis on the Design, Operation, and Maintenance of Medical and Hospital Equipment, from the Faculty of Technology of Sorocaba FATEC (2008). Completed a specialization course in Public Health Microbiology at the Adolfo Lutz Institute (2010). Earned a Masters degree in Biotechnology and Environmental Monitoring from the Federal University of São Carlos UFSCar (2014), and a Ph.D. in Sciences from the Institute of Tropical Medicine at the University of São Paulo IMTSP/USP (2018).Currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Biomaterials Laboratory (LABIOMAT), Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences (FCMS), Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo PUC-SP, with a FAPESP fellowship (grant number 19/25972-1). As part of this project, she conducted a 12-month research internship abroad (BEPE/FAPESP grant number 22/05157-4) at Lund University, Sweden, where she also performed analyses at the MAX IV synchrotron (Lund, Sweden) and at the Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY (Hamburg, Germany).Has experience in the fields of biomaterials, thermosensitive hydrogels, nanoscience, nanotechnology, nanobiosensor development, structural analysis using small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), atomic force microscopy (AFM), demyelinating diseases, clinical laboratory analysis, and public health microbiology. Her current research focuses on the development of topical hydrogel-based formulations for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases, such as atopic dermatitis, combining physicochemical characterization, in vitro biological assays, and in vivo preclinical testing.
