She holds a degree in Computer Science from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp) (1985), a Master's in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) (1998), and a Ph.D. in Applied Computing from the National Institute for Space Research (INPE) (2011). She is currently an Adjunct Professor at ITA and a member of the ITA Professional Master's Board. He was Head of the Department of Computational Systems and Deputy Head of the Division of Computer Science. She works mainly on the following topics: Computer Networks, Wireless Networks, Mobile Networks, Cyber Security, and Internet of Things . (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
