Graduate student at Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho ( UNESP ) , is interested by research in linguistics , with emphasis on morphology , especially the inflectional morphology and lexical morphology . He was currently a Fapesp's fellow with research project entitled "Neologisms in Popular Brazlian Music " , directed by Professsor Daniel Soares da Costa, who follows researching Neologisms in the musical compositions of MPB, analyzing them morphological and stylistically. The goal of the project is to analyze the formation of neologisms on a corpus consisting of letters of songs by composers of Brazilian popular music, watching through the analysis of lyrics, which is the process of formation of most used words in the compositions and if any of processes employed contrary to the Rules of Word Formation with stylistic purpose.
