Bachelor in Biological Sciences (2011) and Master in Genetics and Breeding (2013) from Federal Univerisity of Viçosa (UFV), with experience in genetic variability, conservation genetics, and evolutionary biology using sequencing and molecular markers data. PhD in Genetics and Plant Breeding (2017) from University of São Paulo (USP/ESALQ), working on plant-pathogen interaction, comparative genomics and bioinformatics. Postdoc at University of Florida (UF, USA) during four years and, currently, she is a Biological Scientist III at the same university.
