Master in Science at Instituto de Pesquisas Energéticas e Nucleares (1993), in the field of Nuclear Tecnology-Applications. Ph.d. at Instituto de Pesquisas Energéticas e Nucleares (1998), in the field of Nuclear Tecnology-Applications. Currentl Position: Researcher at the Environmental Radiometrics Laboratory of IPEN-CNEN/SP, located in the campus of São Paulo University (USP). Major experience fields: Analytical Chemistry, Trace-element Analysis and Environmental Chemistry, Application of Radioisotopes in Environmental Studies, Radiochemistry. Major areas of expertise: submarine groundwater discharge, coastal water exchange rates, brazilian coastal waters, natural radioactivity in environmental samples, radioactivity in drinking water supplies and spring waters.
