Coach Coach and Behavioral Analyst for the Latin American Coaching Academy, Bachelor of Nursing by the School of Nursing of the University of São Paulo (2000), Master in Adult Health Nursing at the University of São Paulo - USP, postgraduate in MBA in Management and Engineering of Quality at the Polytechnic School of USP, specialist in Nursing in Nephrology, Federal University of São Paulo - UNIFESP. Experience in the area of Coaching; Nursing with emphasis on Higher Education and Realistic Simulation; Management of Laboratories of Teaching and Quality Management. In the last 16 years she has worked at the University of São Paulo, initially as a nurse in the adult ICU of the University Hospital and then in the Nursing School, in the last 6 years as Head of the Laboratory Support Section, a member of the Advisory Committee of the Laboratory USP Nursing School and the Nursing Procedures Group of the University Hospital of USP. She acts as Coach and Consultant in Management of Health Education and Education Laboratories with Realistic Simulation (Verônica Oliveira - Training & Development). Project underway with the Ministry of Health of Mozambique and JICA - Japanese Agency for International Cooperation; Coaching Program in the Nutrition Division of the Children's Institute of Clinical Hospital of the Medical School of the University of São Paulo.
