Alex da Silva Alves

Alex Alves has a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, a Master?s in Production Engineering from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, and a Research Doctorate from Università di Milano-Bicocca. He is an Associate Professor of Finance and Entrepreneurship at the Department of Economics, Management and Sociology, University of São Paulo, where he coordinates the ?Luiz de Queiroz? Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Unit. He has over ten years of academic and consulting experience in science, technology and innovation policy, project management and technology valuation.
