Viabilization of more than 300 projects for digital transformation in the manufacture industries of Western Amazon and Amapa State throught the governmental Priority Program for Industry 4.0 and Industrial Modernization, totalizing investments above R$ 450 million; Meaningful and consistent experience as PMO Manager and Project Manager of RD, Innovation and Digital Transformation for Industry 4.0, being some of them strategic with R$ 42M budget. As PMO Manager of South America Region in a multinational company, inside a global Research Development organization, I have acted in multidisciplinary environment for development and manufacture of electronic devices and software. Experience in managing multicultural Projects with integrated collaboration along with local and foreign teams, customers, suppliers and coopetitors from USA, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Finland, China, India, Vietnam, Argentina and Jamaica. I have contributed to build and harmonize the global companys process for Project Management and Governance, bringing the best practices from several sites. I have conducted initiatives for product cost reduction up to 28 through introduction of new designs, suppliers, manufacture process and alternative parts. Solid technical and management background acquired at Universities UFPR, UNICAMP, PUC/PR, Fundacao Don Cabral, MIT and Acatech.
