PhD candidate in Political Science at the University of São Paulo (USP), Master in Public Policy from UFABC, and Bachelor in Public Policy Management from USP. Currently, he is a researcher at the Center for Metropolitan Studies (CEM). Between 2019 and 2024, he was a researcher at the Center for Sustainability Studies at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGVces), where he worked on research related to social protection in the Amazon, as well as training and technical support activities for municipal public servants. During this period, he also led a Technical Cooperation Agreement with the Ministry of Social Development, Family, and the Fight Against Hunger (MDS) to map the challenges of implementing social assistance policies in Amazonian states and municipalities. From 2020 to 2024, he worked as a consultant on projects aimed at strengthening social protection and intersectorality in the municipality of São Paulo. His research interests include public policy analysis, with an emphasis on the implementation of social policies in subnational contexts. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
