Graduated in Animal Science from São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" - UNESP (1999), Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology from Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture - ESALQ / USP (2004) and Ph.D. in Public Health Nutrition at the Faculty of Public Health, from University of São Paulo (2013). PhD internship abroad in Quality Index Method (QIM) at Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere-IPIMA-PT. Currently, she is Scientific Researcher VI at Instituto de Pesca/SAA-SP and Technical Director of the Fish Technology Laboratory Unit Service since 2017.
