Thelma Valeria Rocha

Professor of the Master's and Doctoral Program in International Management (PMDGI) of ESPM and of the Master's Program in Consumer Behavior (MPCC) of ESPM, having completed in 2018, 13 Master's and 1 doctoral orientation completed in the areas of: International Marketing and Consumer Behavior, having been a professor at ESPM for 16 years. She holds a PhD in Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from FEA-USP. Master in Business Administration from EAESP / FGV with specialization in International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) Sweden. Graduated in Business Administration from FEA / USP and Graduated in Production Engineering from FEI. He has published in several Journals, highlighting Advanced in International Marketing v. 25 and v. 26, The Review of Business Management - RBGN, RAUSP Management Journal, Internext, among others. She was Coordinator of the PMDGI from 2012 to 2015, when the course had its first triennial evaluation, with grade 4, and had her doctoral application approved. Research the topic International Franchising, International Marketing Strategy and Relationship Marketing. He held executive positions in Marketing for 12 years at Credicard SA, Mapfre, MyWeb and CPM where he was Marketing Manager. Author of books in the area of #8203;#8203;Marketing as: Management of Stakeholders with Andrea Goldschmidt; The Hour of the Reward, with André Veloso; and the 4-volume Marketing Collection by Editora Saraiva. She is also the author of the Internationalization of Brazilian Franchises collection, published every two years, since 2010, vol. 4 in 2016, in partnership with ABF and Bradesco support.
