Tiago Oliveira Weber received his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Maria, Brazil, in 2010. Tiago obtained his Doctorate degree in Microelectronics from the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil, in 2015. He researched at the Integrated Systems Laboratory (LSI), where he worked in collaboration with ALICE-CERN on the mixed-signal design and test of the SAMPA ASIC project. He was a professor at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) for more than 3 years and currently is a professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and a member of the Postgraduate Program in Electrical Engineering (PPGEE-UFRGS). His main research interests are related to design strategies, artificial intelligence and optimization for instrumentation and microelectronics. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
