Gabriela holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion (University Center of Rio Preto - 2011), a specialization in Didactic-Pedagogical Processes for Distance Education (Virtual University of the State of São Paulo, 2021), a Master's degree in Linguistic Studies (São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho - 2016), and a Ph.D. in Linguistic Studies (São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho - 2022). Her research focuses on Linguistic Analysis, text and discourse studies, with a growing interest in topics at the intersection of fashion and language. During her Master's program, she investigated processes of textual construction, topic organization, and discursive topic from the perspective of Text-Interactive Grammar. In her doctoral research, she worked with French Discourse Analysis, focusing on global semantics, ethos, and discursive practice. She is dedicated to analyzing themes related to fashion, consumption, sustainability, and activism through the lens of French Discourse Analysis. From 2019 to 2021, she worked as a temporary professor at São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP) and as a tutor at the Virtual University of the State of São Paulo (UNIVESP).
