Cristiane Vieira de Assis Pujol Luz

Entomologist with a master's degree in Biological Sciences (Zooology), from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a PhD in Biological Sciences (Zoology), from the University of São Paulo. He has extensive experience in vector control, mainly in the control of Aedes aegypti, in addition to developing Research Projects in Forensic Entomology, Medical Entomology and Insect Taxonomy. She worked as a Professor and Researcher at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro and at the Catholic University of Brasília, and was an Associate Researcher at the National Museum of Rio de Janeiro, where she developed research with Orthoptera from the Acridade family. He has several publications in different areas of entomology, given his experience in different groups of insects during his professional career. Vast experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Public Health, having worked for 12 years at the Ministry of Health, representing it on national and international missions, participation in scientific committees and commissions, preparation of manuals and technical reports, teaching various national and international courses and training, in addition to providing technical assistance to State and Municipal Health Departments.
