Barchelor in Materials Engineering at Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Brazil (2007), and a Master degree in the same institution, covering the Thermal Stability of Nd-Fe-B based Bonded Magnets. Finished his PhD in UFSC and at Frauhofer IFAM (Bremen, Germany), with the development of a study titled: "Optimization of the Metal Injection Molding process applied on the manufacturing of Nd-Fe-B Permanent Magnets". Currently, is Adjunct Professor at the UFSC-Blumenau, lecturing in the Materials Engineering bachelor program. Has experience in Physical Metallurgy, Powder Metallurgy and Magnetic Materials. Acts on the following subjects: Soft and hard magnetic materials (specially Ni-Fe alloys and rare-earth magnets), conventional powder metallurgy and powder injection molding.
