Ricardo de Souza is a PhD candidate in Business Administration in the FCA/UNICAMP Postgraduate Program. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from UNICAMP, an area in which he also holds a degree, with a specialization in Finance and Controllership, both from UNIMEP, an institution where he also taught on the MBA course in Finance and Controllership.He worked at PwC in two scenarios, at PwC Brasil (Valuation area) and PwC Innovation as a Financial Administrator when it was known as the Agtech Innovation Hub Garage Fomento e Investimento Ltda. He also taught at universities, conducted research and projects with the Center for Studies and Research in Administration (CEPA/UNIMEP), and worked in fundraising and management at IPEF/ESALQ/USP (LiDAR Project); and PIPE/FAPESP, in which he participated in the preparation of the business plan, marketing plan and pricing study for a mobile application for accessing information about the Brazilian forestry market.
