She holds a Bachelor's degree from the Institute of Architecture and Urbanism (IAU/USP) - USP São Carlos (1996), a Master's degree in Urban Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) (2000), a PhD in Urban and Regional Planning from the Institute of Urban and Regional Research and Planning (2012), and a Postdoctoral degree in Territory Planning/Inclusive City and Active Aging from the University of Porto/FEUP. She is an Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Espírito Santo. Currently, she serves as the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism and is a full member of the Graduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism (PPGAU-UFES).She has extensive experience in Urban and Regional Planning, Urban Design, Integrated and Sustainable Local Development, Participatory Planning Methodologies, and Health Promotion for Healthy Cities and Communities. Her research focuses primarily on urban sustainability, urban mobility, urban design, public open spaces, green infrastructure, urban planning, urban health, and health promotion. She leads the "Urban and Environmental Rehabilitation" Research Group and is a member of the Planning and Projects Laboratory (LPP/UFES). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
