The author is graduated in Chemistry at State University of Campinas (UNICAMP - 2009) and obtained his Master in Chemistry in the same university in 2011, working with drug encapsulation by cyclodextrins. The Doctor degree was obtained in analytical chemistry, defending thesis about the using of conventional and image infrared spectroscopy (Mid-IR and NIR) along with chemometrics for several applications in analysis of pharmaceutical formulations. The D.Sc also comprehended a research short stay at University of Copenhagen in 2014. Nowadays, he has a postdoc position at UNICAMP working with the application of comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GCxGC-MS) and chemometrics in geochemical characterization of crude oils.
