Rodrigo Ippolito Boucas

Graduated in Biological Sciences - Medical Modality the Federal University of São Paulo (2001), Master's Degree in Biochemistry / Molecular Biology from the Federal University of São Paulo (2003), PhD in Biochemistry / Molecular Biology from the Federal University of São Paulo (2007) post-Doctorate in Biochemistry / Molecular Biology from the Federal University of São Paulo (2010). It has experience in Biochemistry / Molecular Biology, with emphasis Carbohydrates and Hemostasis, acting on the following topics: glycosaminoglycans (heparin and heparinomimetics) and proteoglycans; Heparinomimetics drugs and chemical and biological characterization of their antithrombotic activity, anticoagulant and bleeding; cell culture, flow cytometry, mass spectrometry and fluorescent and confocal microscopy. He served as assistant professor in medical courses at the University of Santo Amaro (UNISA) and City University of São Paulo (UNICID). He also worked as a professor in Nutrition courses, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Biomedicine at Bandeirante University (UNIBAN). He worked as a Scientific Journal Editor-in-Chief Science in Health City University of São Paulo (UNICID). Acts as professor of the Medical School of the City University of São Caetano do Sul (USCS). Empowers university professors in medical courses in Active Methods of Teaching and Learning in Special Based Learning PBL Problem in Learning Based Teams - TBL and Questioning.I develop scientific work in the area of #8203;#8203;Metabolic Biochemistry involving Metabolic Diseases such as Diabetes Melittus and Metabolic Syndrome.
