PhD subject "Workers experience of the process of collective bargaining concerning working hours in Brazil and France".Master in Political Sciences at University of Sao Paulo (1998) studying the subject of Union action concerning employment and unemployment.Bachelor in Political Sciences at University of Sao Paulo (1992).Was rewarded the national Capes prize for the best doctoral dissertation in sociology in 2008.Author of "Working time and non-working time in a worker's day" (2009).Post-doctorate research at the "Centre de Recherche Sociologique et Politiques de Paris" (2013) concerning the relationship between new workplace organization, work intensification and psycho-social risks at work. Member of a research group coordinated by DARES (Direction de l'Animation de la Recherche, des Études et des Statistiques) that drafted the first french national enquiry concerning psycho-social risks at work.Post-doctorate in Sociology at the University of Brasilia (2011) researching work intensification.Visiting Professor at UFJF's (Federal University of Juiz de Fora, Brazil) post-graduate department of Human Sciences.Associate researcher at the European Trade Union Institute - ETUI, Brussels, assisting the education department and researching digital work and psycho-social risks at work.Worked for the Departamento Intersindical de Estatísticas e Estudos Socioeconômico (DIEESE) between 1990 and 2016.From 2007 and 2010 set up a "Multidisciplinary pedagogic project for a Bachelor in worksciences" and an "Institutional development plan (PDI)" for the DIEESE School of work sciences. This process involved consulting with many worker's Unions, research and meeting with University Professors.Adjunct Professor at the DIEESE School of Work Sciences and also a member of the Stuctural Teaching Nucleus when obtaining MEC recognition for its courses. Taught "Work in today's world II", "Work and Health" and "Work, inequality preconceptions". Coordinated the project developping "Health and safety at work".Beteen 1998 and 2012, worked in Trade Union Education as supervisor of education from 2006 to 2010. Coordinated the"National Campaign for the reduction of the work day without pay reduction between 2003 and 2010, creating supporting material and thematic courses.In 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2002 coordinated and taught courses in the "Educating leaders and managers Program - PCDA", whose main theme was "Productive restructuring, employment and pay".My experince in Sociology is mainly in the following fields: Development, work, equality, discrimination, collective bargaining, Trade Unions, Work and non-work time, Work day, organization of work, worker's health, psycho-social risks at work, digital work and digital society, adult education, teaching methodology.
