Adjunct Professor in the Department of Physical Geography of the Institute of Geography of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (DGF/IGEOG/UERJ), Maracanã Campus. Deputy Head of the Department of Physical Geography of IGEOG. Tutor of the Tutorial Education Program - PET/Geography of UERJ, linked to the Ministry of Education. Section Editor of the Journal GeoUERJ (Qualis A1). Associated with ABBIOGEO (Brazilian Association of Biogeography) and ANPPAS (National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Environment and Society). PhD in Geography from the São Paulo State University (UNESP), Presidente Prudente Campus, with financial support from FAPESP (2016-2019). Doctoral internship at the University of Coimbra, at the Center for Studies in Geography and Spatial Planning (CEGOT), with a BEPE/FAPESP scholarship. Master in Geography from the State University of Londrina (UEL), with a CAPES scholarship. Bachelor's degree (2012) and degree (2011) in Geography from the aforementioned institution, having received a scientific initiation scholarship from CAPES, CNPq and MEC - Sesu (PET), between 2009 and 2012. Member of the evaluation committee of national and international journals and publishers. Conducts research in the area of #8203;#8203;Geography/Physical Geography, guided by complexity theory. The most relevant research topics are: bibliometrics, geosystem, landscape, environment, epistemology, theory and method in river basins and conservation units.
