Frayli Maltoni Fratoni

Student of Biological Sciences with emphasis on Health and Biomedical Research at the Federal University of ABC. Had an undergraduate research scholarship by CAPES in 2010/2011 and in 2011/2012, working with Computer Sciences applied to Life Sciences and Bioinformatics in the area of Molecular Modeling. Between 2012 and 2013, was CAPES Scholarship within the Science Without Borders program, pursuing a specialization in Medical Engineering BEng at Queen Mary, University of London through the sandwich grading system, with a summer internship in Mechanobiology and mechanotransduction at Imperial College - London. He is currently a FAPESP scholar at the Cardiac Immunology Laboratory of the Federal University of ABC, developing a research project linked to the apoptotic process in cardiac hypertrophy caused by renal ischemia/reperfusion.
