I graduated in Forest Engineering from the Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz", University of São Paulo (ESALQ/USP), and a Master's degree in Sciences from the same university. Has experience in agroforestry systems, ecophysiology, and forest ecology. I participated in research, teaching, and extension projects, focusing on agroforestry, riparian communities, slash-and-burn agriculture, and the human dimensions of human-jaguar interactions.
