Rodrigo Pavanello Bataglioli is bachelor in Electrical Engineering from São Carlos School of Engineering - University of São Paulo, São Carlos, Brazil. He obtained his master's degree in science in 2018 by the same institution. In addition, he received the CREA-SP Professional Training Award of 2015 and the Engineering Institute Award of 2015 for the academic performance verified during his graduation. He has experience in electrical power systems studies using real-time digital simulator (RTDS), as well as professional experience in electrical studies, including power flow, short-circuit, coordination and selectivity and arc-flash. Additionally, he has experience in the development of computational tools to assist in electrical projects and studies. Nowadays, he is working as power system engineer at the National Electric System Operator (ONS) of Brazil, particularly at the short-term Electric Planning (PLC) management.
