Graduated in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (1998) and specialization in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2007). As a developer, worked in company S & V Consulting team participating in the creation of embedded systems to mechanical controlling devices for physical access control, using the C and C + +. Participated in the development of distributed system product for physical access control, using a high level language Delphi Pascal. Made improvements in process performance data query system, working in Stored Procedures of Oracle DBMS. As manager of the deployment teams, served as architect of new customized solutions for new clients, such as the exchange of information with legacy systems. Technically trained sales teams and partner companies and participated directly in complex sales processes. In his last professional experience, he served as manager of the development team, int the company Hominiss Consulting, making improvements in the form of labor, distributing functions for each developer competence, and increased staff productivity through actions such as the standardization of development tool used (Netbeans), creation of centralized code repository (SVN), use of tools for agile development (SCRUM) and establishing procedures for requesting new developments. Coordinated changes in the company's technology products to make them more robust and suitable for larger customers, creating new data structures, improving performance in queries to the database (Postgres DBMS) plotting routines for the integration with legacy systems ( ERPs) of client companies.
