Master and PhD in Sciences at the Graduate Programme Interunits in Bioengineering - EESC / FMRP / IQSC - USP with doctoral stage at Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA. Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy at the Londrina State University. President of the Brazilian Society of Gerontechnology (SBGTec), of which he has been a member since 2019 and member of the board of directors of SBGTec between 2020 and 2022. He is leader of the Design and Assistive Technology Research Group (dgp.cnpq.br/dgp/espelhogrupo/9832900805060954) and member of the Design for Health research group (https://www.oslomet.no/en/research/research-groups/design-for-health), from Oslo Metropolitan University, carrying out research in the area of Industrial Design, Product Design and Ergonomics, working mainly on the themes: Assistive Technology, Gerontechnology, Biomechanics, Mobility, Wheelchairs, Accessibility and Inclusive Design.
