CNPq Research Productivity Fellow (PQ-2) since 2013, adjunct professor at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, coordinator of the Graduate Program in Business Administration and president of the CAPES Scholarship Committee of PPGA since 2022, and researcher with the following topics: Methodological aspects of research in administration, structural equation modeling (LISREL and PLS-SEM), multivariate analysis, Necessary Conditions Analysis, Individual and Organizational Learning and Measures in Organizational Learning.
