Mariana is PhD in Engineer, with a career built in large corporate companies in the Oil and Gas Technology sectors, last position as technology manager. Now a days she is working in reneables energy projects with fotovoltaic installations. Active particiation on energy digitalization to intoduce reneable energy on the grid.More than nine years leading technical multidisciplinary teams in Drilling, Wireline, Petrophysics, Geomechanics, Geophysics and Reservoir Engineer in the OG sector. Extensive and good co-working with Finance, IT and Logistic teams. Significant experience building, consolidating, and structuring these different teams. Track record of managing complex projects, controlling capital and operational costs. Ability to align technical deliverables with business and customer needs, supporting and - at the same time - influencing corporate business strategy.She has Bachelor's at Geologia from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1995) and master's at Geosciences from Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (2000). Has experience in Geosciences, focusing on Hydrogeology, acting on the following subjects: hydrogeology, groundwater modeling, Geographic Information System (GIS).
