She is currently a Master's student at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo, at the Psychopathology and Psychiatric Therapeutics Laboratory (LIM-23) in the Department of Psychiatry. Advised by Prof. Marcelo Queiroz Hoexter and co-advised by Dr. Elizabeth Shephard, she studies oscillatory gamma activity in patients with schizophrenia. She holds a degree in Biomedicine from the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of the University of São Paulo (ICB-USP, graduation in 2018). She undertook undergraduate scientific research at LIM-23 and also a five months internship at the Vision and Cognition Lab, Centre for Integrative Neurosciences (CIN) at the Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen, Germany.
