Has a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Federal University of Lavras - UFLA (2000), medical residency in animal infectious diseases (FMVZ/UNESP/Botucatu), master's (2006) and PHD degrees (2013) in Experimental Epidemiology Applied to Zoonosis at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science from University of Sao Paulo. Currently is Official Veterinarian of Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply at National Agriculture Laboratory in the Sao Paulo State (LANAGRO/SP). Has experience in animal´s infectious diseases, epidemiology, sanitary inspection and public health and works with auditing, performance indicators for sanitary inspection and for strategic management, haccp, gmp, laboratory analysis (animal origin foods and water), Pathogen Reduction Plan (PRP-Salmonella in poultry and Listeria monocytogenes in foods ready to eat ), National Control Plan for Residues and Contaminants (PNCRC) and good agriculture practices (GAP).
