Project manager, sanitarian and public health advise. I hold a masters degree in health, Society andEndemic Diseases by the Amazon of the Federal University of Amazonas, a specialist degree in IndigenousHealth of the Federal University of São Paulo, and bachelors degree in Dentistry of the University ofCampinas. I have 20 years' experience with public policies, public health, indigenous health and projectmanagement. I have been collaborating with the Ministry of Health of Brazil since 2013. The experience inproviding technical advice to management involves designing and implementing programs based onevidence-based health information, data analysis, planning, monitoring and evaluation, and training. I havealso worked as a researcher on health projects at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz Amazônia), as aprofessor at Federal University of Amazonas and the University of Brasília, also as a clinical dentistproviding oral health care to indigenous peoples in the Indigenous Health District of Alto Rio Negro. Theexperience as consultant on socio-environmental and health projects for international organizations (WHO,PAHO), private companies (Palladium, Brisa, Biolaw) and third sector organizations (Health in Harmony,Fundação Amazônia Sustentável), in Brazil and abroad highlight my professional pathway.
