Currently, she is a researcher on technological development at the National Institute for Space Research (INPE) working on "Just Conservation: Bridging Values for Equitable Biodiversity Governance" project, funded by CNPq and the European Union. she has a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences (Federal University of Ceará), master degree in Functional Ecology and Sustainable Development (University of Sciences and Technology of Montpellier). She has a second master's degree in Territorial Development and Integrated Management from UNESCO, in partnership with the National Museum of Natural History, AgroParisTech, and the University of Montpellier, France. PhD in Environment and Society from the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences at UNICAMP. She was a academic visitor at the Center for the Analysis of Social-Ecological Landscapes (CASEL) at Indiana University (USA). He carried out two post-doctoral research: "Rethinking Dams: Innovative hydropower solutions to achieve sustainable food and energy production, and sustainable communities" at Michigan State University (USA), and "Transition to sustainability and the agriculture-energy-water nexus: an integrative approach in the Cerrado and Caatinga" together with INPE with funding from FAPESP. Currently, she collaborates with the project "XPaths Science in Action: Intersecting Pathways to the SDGs Across Scales in Drylands" at the Stockholm Resilience Center (Sweden); she is a researcher in the "Social Changes, Conflicts, Biodiversity and Climate Change" groups at the Environmental Studies Center (NEPAM-UNICAMP); "Intersectional Dimensions of Sustainability: Work, Race and Gender in Tourism" from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar); and Analysis and Development of Sustainability Indicators Lab (INPE). She has experience investigating narratives, socio-environmental conflicts, and socio-ecological systems with a focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and climate change. It also accumulates experience in the integration of qualitative-quantitative and participatory methodologies, using tools such as NetMap, Q-Method, ArcGIS, R, NVIVO, Cytoscape, and Qualtrics for multilevel-multiactor network analysis, spatialized analysis, discourse analysis, telecoupling and scenario construction.
