Graduation in Chemistry by the Institute of Chemistry / USP and Master in biomolecular physics program of the Institute of Physics of São Carlos / USP. Currently developing a doctorate by the Institute of Chemistry of São Carlos. The main academic interests are in the field of the Origins of life and in Astrobiology, especially in the study of thermodynamic disequilibria in interactions between geological and biological systems. As an undergraduated researcher, gained experience in a research project related to self-organized structures, such as biomimetic aggregates. Concluded a master degree research related to chemical disequilibria caused by radioactive decay radiolysis in deep subsurface environments and its outcomes for emergence of life and for habitability in icy moons. Currently the research project focuses on the thermodynamic and kinetic perspectives of alkaline hydrothermal vent theory for emergence of life, and on the adaptation of this theory in natural radioactive environments (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
