Abstract
The goal of this project is to study the concepts of the theory of shock waves as featured the study of conservation laws, which are topics of current research, with application to Gas Dynamics.
Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCAR). Centro de Ciências Exatas e de Tecnologia (CCET) (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal) Birthplace: Brazil
Specialist in the Architecture and Systems Modeling Group (AMS) of the Systems Engineering Area at the National Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM), working as a CAE (Computer-aided Engineering) engineer, with emphasis on finite element technique, in the development of devices for particle accelerators. Has experience in multifysical simulations, thermal and magnetic analyses, CFD, dynamic and static mechanics; development of cryogenic devices; instrumentation and analysis of vibration signals; precision mechanics design and metrology; design and manufacturing of X-ray optics. Currently working on the development of insertion devices and special magnets for synchrotrons, such as superconducting undulators and wavelength shifter. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
