Author of the book "Efficient Logistics", I am a Supply Chain and AI specialist with over 18 years of experience in quality management, process mapping and modeling, and project management. I am currently a partner at Inovatta Consulting, a management, innovation, and digital transformation consulting firm where I apply best practices and methodologies in Supply Chain, such as SixSigma, 5S, WMS, and continuous improvement, to optimize the performance and efficiency of clients' processes and operations. In addition to my degree in Physical Engineering, I have a master's degree in Production and Systems Engineering, an MBA in AI, and an MITx certificate in Supply Chain Management. I was also a Logistics and Quality professor in undergraduate courses.
