PhD in Chemistry from the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto at the University of São Paulo (FFCLRP-USP). Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same institution. Her doctoral research focused on the metabolic exploration of actinobacteria for the discovery of bioactive compounds, with emphasis on metabolites with potential antimicrobial activity against phytopathogens. She employed cultivation-based modulation approaches and mass spectrometry analyses. She also conducted a research internship in Canada, focusing on the spatial mapping of metabolites using mass spectrometry imaging (MSI).During her undergraduate studies, she carried out a two-and-a-half-year research internship at the Organic Synthesis Laboratory (LSO) of FFCLRP-USP, with emphasis on Organic Synthesis and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance.
