Rodrigo Paolo Flores Abuna

Dental Surgeon graduated from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, Bolivia (2010). Master of Science (2014) and Ph.D. in Oral Biology (2019) from the School of Dentistry of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo, Brazil. Research Scholar at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA. (Funding Capes PDSE, 2017). He has experience in Dentistry, with emphasis on Cellular and Molecular Biology, Stem cell and osteoblast culture, cell signaling and gene editing by CRISPR-Cas9. He carried out a postdoctoral fellowship (CAPES-PNPD) at the Bi-Institutional Platform for Translational Medicine Research, Fiocruz-São Paulo, investigating new vaccine candidates against SARS-CoV-2 vírus and the innate immune response during experimental.
