Gaduated in Biofuels from the Faculty of Technology of Jaboticabal, a master's degree and a doctorate in Agricultural Microbiology from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the State University of Minas Gerais - Fruit Unit and coordinator of the Food Engineering course.
