Stefano Souza holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of São Paulo (2018) and a PhD in Astronomy from the University of São Paulo (2024). He was a visiting researcher (4/2022-3/2023) at the Leibniz Institut für Astrophysik Potsdam (AIP). He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Max-Planck Institute for Astronomy in Heidelberg, Germany. He has experience in Astronomy, with an emphasis on Stellar Astrophysics, working mainly on the following topics: globular clusters, galactic bulge, galactic evolution and stellar evolution.
