Schistosomiasis, Leishmaniasis, and Trypanosomiasis (or Chagas' Disease) are Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) typical of places without minimal hygiene conditions or potable water, such as the poorest areas in Brazil North and Northeast regions.
