Birthplace: Brazil

I hold a BSc degree in Mathematics from the University of São Paulo (IME-USP, 2003) and a master's and a PhD degree in Economics from the Rio School of Economics (FGV EPGE, 2007, 2010). I teach both undergraduate- and graduate-level Economics at the Economics Department of FEA-USP since 2012. My main academic interests are General Equilibrium, Social Choice, Economic Growth, and Social Mobility. My research can be found in journals such as Economic Theory, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Journal of Money, Credit and Banking and others, besides the SSRN and RePEc platforms. From 2014 to 2018 I was a member of the coordinating committee of our graduate programs, and since 2014 I am one of the coordinators of PESC (a volunteering program USP undergrads take part in).
