Since August 2012 Professor of African History at the History Department, Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). PhD in Social Anthropology (2011) at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Holds a Master in Cultural Anthropology, Contemporary History and Sociology at the Free University of Berlin (2005). Has experience in anthropology, sociology and history, with emphasis in Social Anthropology, acting on the following topics: post-colonialism, post-socialism, ideology and culture, international migration, social conflict, cultural identity, historical memory. Researched for many years the Latin American migration and social conflict in European contexts (particularly Brazilians in Germany , Chileans in Sweden and Spain). Currently he develops his research in Southern Africa, specifically Mozambique (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
