Elaine Ribeiro da Silva dos Santos

Graduation at History from the Universidade de São Paulo. Master's and PhD in Social History from the Post-Graduation Program in Social History of the University of São Paulo. Since 2011, I am a professor at the Universidade Federal de Alfenas.Since 2012, I have been coordinating the African Dimensions in teaching materials project, which has produced scientific initiation research and publication of academic texts, as well as extension activities in schools in the Alfenas, southern Minas Gerais. My focus of research is on the following themes: social history of work in Africa, African history and literatures, history of African education, training of Brazilian primary education teachers, teaching materials and children's literary production with African themes.
