Professor Doctor in the Department of Science and Technology Policy at the Institute of Geosciences, UNICAMP, and permanent professor of PPG-PCT IG UNICAMP since 2023. Graduated in Social Sciences from the Regional University Foundation of Blumenau (FURB) between 2004 and 2008. Obtained his Master's degree (2011-2013) and PhD (2013-2017) in Science and Technology Policy from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), with a CAPES scholarship. Conducted postdoctoral research (2017-2021) at the School of Philosophy and Human Sciences of the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), Department of Social Sciences, with support from FAPESP. Was a visiting researcher at the School of Environmental Sciences at the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom, between 2018 and 2019, with a FAPESP scholarship. Acted as a consultant and coordinator on international projects related to science, society, and the environment, including the CLIMAX project 2015-2021 (Belmont Forum/FAPESP) and the SISSA EUROCLIMA+ project funded by the European Commission in 2023-2024. Currently, he is a researcher at LABMEM (Laboratory of Studies on Technological Change, Energy, and Environment), conducting research on the governance of energy transition in the solar energy sector, with support from FAEPEX. He has extensive experience in the field of Sociology, focusing on Social Studies of Science and Technology, with expertise in topics such as the production and political use of scientific and technological knowledge in climate change, transitions to sustainability, energy transition, co-production of knowledge, and decision-making processes based on science. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of Science, Technology, and Society; Energy, Innovation, and Sustainability; and Economic, Political, and Social History of Brazil.
