Birthplace: Brazil

I have a bachelor's degree in Physics with an emphasis on Biomedical Physics from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2019). I did an undergraduate research with funding from FAPESP where I developed an arduino-controlled system for the calibration of charged particle detectors. I did an internship at the Radiological Protection Group of the National Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM) from 2018 to 2019. From 2020 to 2021, I worked in the same group, performing shielding calculations and dose studies for the new synchrotron accelerator, Sirius, using Monte Carlo radiation transport simulations (FLUKA and PENELOPE) and analytical codes (STAC8). Currently, I work in the Applied Physics Group on new CNPEM projects in the field of radiation physics and simulations related to accelerator physics. Additionally, I have started a PhD in Applied Physics in 2023 in the graduate program at the Institute of Physics "Gleb Wataghin" (IFGW) at UNICAMP. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
